Premier League side becomes latest club to deliver bespoke content directly to fans.

London, 8 December 2020:

Leeds United has today become the latest club to sign with Dugout –providing fans of the West-Yorkshire club with greater access to high-quality, engaging football content.

An English powerhouse, Leeds has a rich history, having won three English league titles, an FA Cup and a League Cup. Under the leadership of current owner Andrea Radrizzani and globally respected head coach Marcelo Bielsa, Leeds regained Premier League status ahead of the 2020/21 season – returning top-flight football to the iconic 37,000-capacity Elland Road for the first time in 16 years.

Current stars Patrick Bamford, Luke Ayling and Kalvin Phillips have subsequently taken the league by storm and Leeds fans now have a new way to engage with their heroes via Dugout’s global and growing publisher network and media partnerships – as well as on dedicated channels on Dugout.com and the Dugout mobile app – with uniquely curated content digital content. Through Dugout’s unrivalled catalogue of archive footage, fans will additionally be able to relive the finest moments from Leeds legends including Tony Yeboah, Mark Viduka, Lee Bowyer  and more.

Leeds now sit alongside giants of world football including Dugout’s founders A.C. Milan, Arsenal, FC Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Juventus, Liverpool, Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid.

Leeds United Executive Director Paul Bell said:

“Over recent seasons we have been working hard to grow the Leeds United brand both on and off the pitch, with last season’s promotion to the Premier League testament to that. Since returning to the Premier League we are seeking to tell our exciting story to fans around the world and have managed to secure a number of exciting content partnerships to help facilitate that goal, working with OneFootball to reach millions of fans through their platform, partnering with Roc Nation to amplify our brand and content in the USA and most recently collaborating with Ninjas in Pyjamas as we enter the eSports arena for the first time.  Partnering with Dugout enables us to further connect with our existing global fanbase and attract new fans through sharing innovative and exciting content.”
