Club Nacional de Football become first Uruguayan club to join the leading digital platform to deliver bespoke content direct to fans
London, UK – 10 February 2020: Digital content platform Dugout has today announced it is entering a new market through a partnership with Uruguay’s Club Nacional de Football.
After being launched by some of the world’s largest football clubs − including Barcelona, Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, A.C. Milan, Liverpool, Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea, Bayern Munich, and Juventus – the digital platform now has partnerships in 30 countries.
The platform continues to develop exclusive, high-quality content delivered directly to more than 60 million monthly users. Club Nacional de Football is the first in Uruguay, and 98th in total, to partner with Dugout whose network of premium publishers will share bespoke digital content direct to fans locally and throughout the football community.
Club Nacional de Football is the most well-supported team within Uruguay and play in the recently renovated Estadio Gran Parque Central – one of the three stadiums that hosted matches in the inaugural 1930 FIFA World Cup. With 47 Primera División titles, 3 Copa Libertadores titles and the only Uruguayan team to have won the Copa Interamericana and the Recopa Sudamericana, dedicated channels on the Dugout App and Dugout.com will look to help to increase the club’s global footprint.
